1. 7-Day Easy Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or wrong item shipped may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 7014482830 or email us at help@krtify.shop. Please provide your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide further instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or request a return as per this policy.
